The Skilled Worker Visa allows the principal applicant the full time work right with his/her UK sponsored employer. It also permits dependants to live and work in the UK. There is no restriction on the dependant to be linked with the principal UK employer. Indeed, the dependant is entitled to work full time with various UK employers and can also start up a business.

It is important to remember that your dependant visa is valid of that of the principal applicant, so if his/her visa is due to expire you must extend it at the same time. If he/she leaves the UK, you will be tied in line with their visa.
